The overall service was average, possibly due to my own lack of English proficiency. After completing the paperwork, there was no handover process; I had to go to the parking lot to find the car myself. When I couldn't locate the car, I had to return to the office for assistance. Once I found the car, the cleanliness was poor, and the display screen was unclear.

Overall service was satisfactory, but the selection of car models is limited, depending largely on luck. The car rental company's service was quite good, and the staff at the store were very patient.

It was easy to get the car. We booked a Camry but actually received a CRV.

Due to language barriers, the rental company charged additional fees using their rules. The actual rental cost exceeded the website's listed price by more than 50%. The total daily rental fee was over $150.
