After several phone calls, they finally found a car that had just been returned, but it needed to be cleaned first... I wasn't the only one; a group of people were all waiting for the staff to find cars on the spot, standing in the parking lot waiting for the staff to clean each car and drive them over from another location. An old man with an Australian accent kept saying: 'I've been to countless places and never seen such terrible service....'

They promised Chinese translation assistance during the reservation, but no one contacted me at the agreed time or during pickup.

There is no Chinese service. Possibly due to the high demand for rentals during the New Year, the attitude of a few foreigners was terrible; they showed no expression and were very impatient when explaining issues. The car model I booked was unavailable, and I was given a very small car with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
