Friendly and kind staff. We initially rented a Highlander, but they gave us a more powerful SUV made by GM with a very spacious trunk, without extra charges. It was especially beneficial for our trip to Jasper and the mountainous areas.

The car pick-up in Vancouver was on time. There was no Toyota RAV4 available, so the rental company provided a Hyundai Tucson. It's a 2023 model, offers good handling, and is fuel-efficient.

The experience was okay, they asked if I wanted insurance, saying it would be risky without it. But I already bought insurance from the intermediary website. I guess the information between the two sides wasn't communicated. The intermediary sites probably make money from insurance. I've heard that insurance bought directly from the rental company is more effective and reliable if there's an accident, so next time I won't buy insurance from an intermediary site.
