Booked a Nissan qashqai and got a Peugeot...was offered a Renault espace at €50 extra....put another driver on and it cost €54 extra When picked up the car the exterior was filthy and with these add on’s not a nice experience

The rental car had an additional charge of 60 EUR but I'm not sure why. There was a chip in the car's window that I didn't notice when picking it up.

Waited way too long to get the car which in a digital age is ridiculous. Things like driving licence etc can surely be scanned and sent in advance. No chance to review car condition. No one came with us to the car to check condition or to confirm where any existing knocks or scrapes. The result is them claiming an existing scrape was cause by me when we had absolutely no problems with the car. Furious. I have fully comp but that isn’t the point.
