The staff's attitude wasn't great, but we were 30 minutes late due to incorrect address directions in the app. The three employees had to wait and were understandably upset. It's not their fault, but a better attitude would have been appreciated.

Not satisfied. How can the rental company be so irresponsible? They rented the car to me even though the tire was already damaged. It was very unsafe, and I only discovered the issue halfway through using the car. Later, I saw an email from the rental company, which confirmed the tire was already damaged when they gave the car to me. When picking up the car, they said they didn't have the X5 I reserved and wanted me to take an X3 instead, offering me a free tank of gas as compensation. I refused, and after some time, they finally gave me the X5. I had to wait 30 minutes at the site to get the car.

The pickup store exhibited serious racial discrimination. My card couldn't process the deposit via the POS machine, requiring manual entry, which would only take a minute. Instead, they forced me to let a bunch of people behind me go first, making me wait for half an hour to get the car. I also saw the staff telling another Chinese person using a Chinese driver's license and translation that it would take more time to fill out the forms and asked him to let others handle their business first. If the rental company considers Chinese customers as second-class and doesn't want to treat them equally, prioritizing locals, they might as well not accept Chinese customers at all.

They did not give me a break down of the charges incurred on my trip. Their was a charge for roadside assistance. I need that info to file a claim. Also very hard to get a hold of customer service
