The staff are super friendly, professional, and efficient. Every time we pick up or return the car, they’ve clearly washed and cleaned it thoroughly. When we arrived to collect the car, it was a bit before our scheduled time and they let us know it was still being washed. Overall, the rental experience has been excellent, and both pickup and drop-off are really quick.

The female staff was very nice. There was no aggressive upselling of extra insurance, no charge for drivers under 25, and no fee for adding an additional driver.
