The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the reception process was explained clearly in all aspects.

Overall satisfactory, but there are a few issues: 1. The rental fee and deposit are priced in euros, but the credit card was charged in dollars, increasing user costs. Although it's not much money, it's quite unpleasant. 2. After signing the paperwork, the car was supposed to be in the lot, but the lot staff said it wasn't there. We had to argue and wait for nearly an hour. Very dissatisfied. 3. After returning the car, I received an email about a charge for a traffic violation, but it did not specify the time, location, nature of the violation, or how it was handled. Frustrating.

It's basically all about Europcar; Alamo doesn't really come into play at all, haha.
