The staff service was decent, but the car's condition left much to be desired. It was probably the worst condition of any car I've rented. The car had scratches of various sizes on all sides, and the trunk lid had a huge gap—though this might be Tesla's factory workmanship. The pickup location was in an indoor airport garage, and I initially missed a small chip on the windshield caused by a pebble. I only noticed it after driving out of the garage. The interior showed some wear but was reasonably clean. The car had 49,000 kilometers on it, but there was a strong curry smell inside, likely because the previous renter ate curry in the car.

The vehicle exceeded my expectations. The check-in service was prompt, efficient, very helpful and extremely courteous.
