Quite satisfactory

I originally rented a Nissan Qashqai, but was given a Ford SUV instead, which had plenty of space. The service was enthusiastic, they brought the car promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of all parts. They informed us to refill the fuel and reminded us of some important points without pushing additional insurance. At drop-off, they inspected the car immediately and signed the confirmation slip in a short time.

Antalya office had extremely helpful staff. Lovely experience.

They were out of cars even I had a reservation. (then finally they found one somehow after a hour of frustration) Be cautious when renting and be prepared for surprises

I waited for a long time to pick up my car, it's not at airport at all, it's 20min by car away from terminals.
