Car wasn’t ready. No instruction at pick up re different handbrake- Golf-would have been really helpful.

Lovely car better than expected and allowed plenty of room for packing and comfort. Delay at collection was only due to increase customers collecting at the same time, but team members were polite and friendly

Easy navigation and good communication throughout

I chose the cheapest car so it was not strong enough for me but it was brand new with 200 miles so I couldn't have asked for anything better. Very quick pick up/drop off, central location.

Waited a long time queueing to collect car, with only a few desks open, even though it was late morning and still a busy time of day. Car smelt of smoke from previous driver / passenger(s). Some marks on the vehicle weren't evident on the driving away paperwork. This delayed the onward journey as had to get staff to look and acknowledge the other scratches etc.
