The staff at the pick-up point were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. There were no additional sales pitches. I had booked a Ford Focus but was upgraded for free to a Mercedes A180. However, there were quite a few people picking up cars, so the wait time was a bit long. Europcar didn't have too many customers compared to Avis next door, which had an extremely long line. Since Northern Ireland and Ireland are on a separate island without road connections to other countries, it’s harder for cars from other regions to come over, so there are more people renting cars here.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.

I've used Europcar in the past and they've been great. Had no issues at all with them. The Staff were very helpful, even though they were very busy on the day of my collection. The vehicle was in good condition inside and out. Again no issues, would definitely use them again.

This was my first experience booking on the App. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Easy to follow and great value for money.
