The Europcar branch in London was relatively easy to find. The staff initially tried to upsell an upgraded vehicle model, but after I clearly declined, they still provided the original model. Overall, it was alright. The car had quite a few scratches, but during the return process, the staff inspected the vehicle very thoroughly.

The car provided couldn't connect to CarPlay, and the in-car navigation system was outdated.

The car rental company did not provide the car they promised. They accused me of damaging that car even though I never rented it, and unfairly charged me. The counter staff body language was rude, she hated when questions were being asked bad experience.
