The service was terrible. When I arrived, there was no one there. After waiting for more than half an hour, someone finally showed up. Even then, nobody attended to me immediately. When they did, they were indifferent.

Arrived at the store around 3 PM but didn't get the car until after 5 PM. The tiny store was in complete chaos. Despite having prepaid for the rental well in advance, there was no car available. After several phone calls, they finally found a car that had just been returned, but it needed to be cleaned first... I wasn't the only one; a group of people were all waiting for the staff to find cars on the spot, standing in the parking lot waiting for the staff to clean each car and drive them over from another location. An old man with an Australian accent kept saying: 'I've been to countless places and never seen such terrible service....'

It took 2 hours from entering the store to getting the car

Waited for an hour and a half to get the car! They explained that it was due to the Chinese New Year, so there were more people, but the problem was that there were hardly any Chinese people in line, mostly foreigners. I booked a mid-size SUV, Mitsubishi Outlander, but ended up getting a Camry. Didn't want to wait any longer, so I took the Camry. Overall, I felt the efficiency was a bit low.

Après un appel téléphonique, toujours pas de facture alors que des frais de 80 dollars ont été retirés. Après appel, ces frais sont dus à une restitution tardive lié à une tempête sur kangaroo island. Nous avons prévenu et on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de souci , qu'is avaient l'habitude de ce type de situation. En finalité j'apprends en regardant mon compte qu'une journée supplémentaire a été facturée....
