When picking up the car at Zagreb Airport, we had to wait for over an hour as the previous car hadn't been returned yet. The process was fairly smooth overall. Since we didn’t buy insurance directly from the rental company, the deposit was relatively high at €3,000. The car was in decent condition, and the space was suitable for the four of us. Finally, we successfully returned the car in Belgrade.

Convenient and efficient, good vehicle quality, and the staff at the counter and elsewhere were very nice.

I added full coverage insurance. But pickup center staff said no insurance was added. So I paid an extra fee. This is a big problem.
