The service was quite good, and they even upgraded my car. The vehicle was easy to drive. The only downside was that the seatbelt had a strong mix of body odor and perfume. Everything else was great.

The store assistant noticed that we had 4 suitcases and thoughtfully upgraded us to an Outlander with a larger trunk. The car, a 2021 model, was in excellent condition and we had no issues throughout our trip. Additionally, being a hybrid, it was quite fuel-efficient. We were very satisfied with the car. The store assistant was of Indian descent and his English accent was a bit difficult for us at first. Thankfully, we met a kind lady who helped us translate everything, which made it possible to sort out the extra driver and full insurance. We hope others have the same good luck as we did.

counter staff professional and helpful. only downside was unable to link playlist on my smart phone to car stereo, car hand book didnt match my model car still waiting for my notification of deposit refund.
