Pickup went smoothly. Initially, I wanted an SUV but got a station wagon Tipo instead. However, it was spacious, and the driver’s seat had lumbar support adjustments, making long drives more comfortable. Unfortunately, the headroom was relatively low.

The service was excellent, and the actual vehicle provided was a Q2L. The car failed to start once, which led to parking at a toll station and receiving a 60-euro fine. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and both pickup and drop-off processes were very seamless.

a) We had a long waiting time at the time of picking up as there was a Huge queue of people waiting. After a long flight this was painful. b) the staff during drop off was rude, he ignored me and picked a client who came after me and wouldn't listen to anything I said
