The new Yaris Cross has less than 1500 kilometers.

The stuff on counter and also on return fields was very nice, friendly and helpful. Instead of booked Toyota RAV4 Hybrid I got Alfa Romeo Tonale Sprint Hybrid. The car was new, clean and in an excellent technical condition. All passed nice and smooth. In T1 BCN very nice peoples work in Record Go - all is very comfortable and good organized. Thanks!

The worst customer service ever. Over 3 hours to pick up the car. 1.5 hours to drop off the car. Staff unprofessional and rude. When we called with questions regarding faulty key drop off box the record go agent called us liars, shouted at as, put down the phone and refused to answer any further calls. .. all the time knowing we had a 3 month old baby with us.

Directions to the car hire location were incorrect and we had to walk for over 40 mins to find the record go office. No assistance was offered.

The wait for the car was unacceptable, especially as the wait was only to be directed to an electronic machine to enter my details myself. No apologies made for the wait, and limited instructions on how to return the car. I did get a free upgrade to a bigger car, however a bigger car in Malaga town centre is not that easy to fit into the tight spaces. It was very good value for money though at only £4.50 for 6 days, can't complain about that! Drop off was quick and easy, and thankfully all the car rental drop-offs are in the same place in the airport.

The wait to pick up was extremely long despite there being many staff members working at the time and not very many clients.

It was not clear during the booking process that there would be a mandatory 28 euro fee for refilling the petrol tank, even if we returned the car will full gas.
