A very satisfying trip

Service was fast and very efficient, and the rental location was easy to find.

They didn't have our vehicle so they upgraded us with no hassle and no extra cost.

I can't say. I wasn't the one that booked it. But the person that did, got me an amazing deal. Was very happy.

Car was in terrible condition. There were cigarette burns and stains on the seats. You could tell the car was previously in an accident because of all the scrapes, missing paint, and the car panels kept popping out. They also tried making me pay for the car again even though it was prepaid. This was this biggest waste of time. Then I had to call to sort it out and they are located in Europe and it was difficult to communicate with them. Scammers!

Dislike: When I collected my car,I was given a yellow slip and was not told to check on condition of my car and I drive off. When I return car,service staff told me scratches at bumper n it was not stated on the yellow slip. I explained that the sales staff did not mention to me that slip was for checking purpose and he did not tick or circle that bumper scratches portion and ask me to drive off. However ,ur staff told me it was ok and you will check and make refund for my deposit 5 days after I return car. Till now I havent receive my deposit. Hope I will receive by next week.Thank you.
