Customer service very poor when we check in and when we did the check out everything appeared good, the fuel take was full as we filled the tank before arrived, however we were charged with 12£ a few days later. I would definitely not recommend europcar.

“Terrible condition of vehicle. Tank not filled. Very dirty. Could not easily check car condition.”

Car was very dirty. Tank not full. Pickup in Rome was rushed. Staff were rude. Long wait. Unable to check car condition properly due to poor lighting and dirty condition of the car. When car was returned they hit me up for damages which may have been pre-existing. Unsure as the damage was camouflaged by the poor and dirty condition of the car. Very stressful experience all round! Charged an exorbitant excess for what looks to be very minor damage. Felt ripped-off!

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
