The vehicle exceeded my expectations. The check-in service was prompt, efficient, very helpful and extremely courteous.

Their attitude was just okay, not particularly cold or warm. The service was relatively fast, and the car pick-up process went smoothly.

Insufficient reminders about the terms of service caused some misunderstandings later on.

When picking up the car, the staff issued a new invoice that was twice the original price. The original rental agreement already included insurance, taxes, and GPS, but the staff charged for everything again. It took over an hour to resolve the issue. Be sure to carefully check everything before swiping your card and signing.

I was very happy with the process and the staff were very pleasant .... the extra insurance excess waiver is massively over priced though
