It’s as good as talking to a real person, and everything can be done in a few minutes without having to queue at the counter. It’s surprisingly advanced and convenient.

They gave me a small suv instead of medium suv the first time. Felt like they didn’t had the model at the moment because they tried to sell me an upgrade and when I said no they gave me a smaller car. After 12 hour flight I wasn’t sharp. So had to change it the next day. That went easy but i rather got the right car right away.

Easy to book and paperwork at the rental desk goes quick.

Like: Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and easy. The car was in decent shape and had low miles.
Dislike: Evidently the on line rental service I used was a European company. The rental agent told us we needed an international license at first. Then told us he would let it slide. Really? What difference did it make who set the rental up? And when I am getting the car you are going to try to charge more?
