It truly was the best, better than any car services I have used. I'll be using their services again.

Have difficulty connecting to the in-car GPS system. The staff at Thrifty were of no help as they said they did not know how to operate the system. There was no queue system at the pick-up (eg. queue number ticket). It was based on who the staff saw coming in. If they missed your entrance when they are busy attending to other customers, it was as good as not being in the queue. The company would have known how many pickups to expect, so they need to cater enough staff to manage the pickups instead of making customers wait. Drop off was a better experience as there was a staff on site to quickly access the car before sending us off us within 10 minutes.

Could not provide more help as QEEQ is 3rd party platform. Needed to know more about changing the drop off timing and venue but QEEQ could not provide any answers or advice. Just redirtected to Thrifty.

Very easy to find, the stores all have Hertz's yellow signs. The previous blue ones seem to be out of business.
