Car was perfect for our needs.

The service was excellent, warm, and attentive. For someone who doesn't speak English, they were very friendly, patient, and meticulous. The vehicle's performance was outstanding, with full features including cruise control and lane departure warning, which was very helpful for me, a newcomer to Australia driving on the left side of the road. It constantly reminded me if I drifted out of my lane. Most importantly, they didn't have any hidden charges. During this Great Ocean Road trip, the only extra costs were tolls, with no other charges for violations or parking fees, which made me very happy. I'll definitely choose this company again when I come back to Melbourne.

Dislike: Additional fees not disclosed which added up to $30-$40

Like: Nice new upgraded car. Good price. Unlimited klms and good service, particularly on drop off.
Dislike: No one in office when I arrived to pick up car.
