Appalling, 2.5 hours at the desk and no one would let me have a car for the price I booked

Car was fine, but staff tried to overcharge on collection and were extremely unhelpful on return refusing to simply sign a note saying all ok having inspected vehicle and agreeing that there was no damage

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

Getting the car seemed to take forever and with 3 small hungry children it was a added stress.there was some some hidden charges and fined if you didn’t bring the car back with a full tank or committed an offence that weren’t stipulated before the hire.

Booking was easy.

Was good, counter staff very helpful. Think the insurance thing is a bit cheeky really but i get it. Also they didnt know id reserved a car seat. Luckily had brought own anyway as airline said was no extra cost. Should be made clear about huge deposit if you dont take out insurance as i hadnt brought a card with that amount of cash on.
