The staff was very nice and patient, and the process was highly efficient. They routinely asked if I wanted to add insurance, but it was completely fine to decline.

Took over an hour to get vehicle due to lack of employees to clean vehicles for pickup. Although staff tried to the best they could, it was very frustrating to have to wait more than hour in a hot, humid garage with no where to sit after traveling for almost 21 hours.

I waited 90 minutes before receiving the car as the location was overbooked. I had two tickets for San Diego Seaworld for more then $200. I lost 2 hours to be there cause I already had tight schedule and this just ruined my day. I would expect partial refund from the total charge because of this bad experience.
