Over a month after I returned the car, they suddenly charged me 500 CAD without explaining the reason. I kept asking, but they never gave me a response.

Pretty good. The Durango is relatively new, having only run about 4000 kilometers. It's likely mostly rented by tourists going to the national park.

The waiting time in line was quite long, and the staff's attitude was average. The English accent in Quebec was hard to understand!

At the Avis Montreal Airport location, it took nearly an hour to queue for the car. The staff’s attitude was quite abrupt due to their fatigue, and they couldn't clearly explain the overlapping fees between the rental platform and the store. A major downgrade in the car (no Ford Mustang due to cold weather, downgraded to a regular Hyundai) and a change in the return location led to no special deal for driving a U.S. car back to the U.S. Instead, there were extra upgrade and duplicate insurance fees, raising the total from about 1800 yuan to nearly 3000 yuan. After returning home, the QEEQ platform only managed to recover 240 CAD from Avis. Based on industry standards, I believe people can judge this fairly.

I wanted to return the car at a different location. That was not possible. But outside of that I was super happy. I got upgraded to a SUV for no charge
