The service was excellent, very fast, and the car was very new.

They promised to change the car the next day but their attitude was extremely rude and provided no explanation. If they had told me on the day of pickup that they didn't have the model I wanted, I would have just left. Why make a promise if you can't keep it? On the second day, their attitude was even worse.

The reception was warm and efficient, with straightforward pick-up and drop-off procedures and no hidden charges.

Maria at Seville Santa Justa station was brilliant and should get a medal for counter staff service. We were upgraded and she set the GPS to English for us. In Madrid the service was fast and efficient and we were credit for the extra petrol we returned. Our only problem was the signage at Madrid Terminal 4 which was unhelpful in finding the entrance to Alamo returns.
