Very satisfied. After reading some reviews mentioning aggressive insurance upselling, I was a bit worried. However, the rental company only asked once, and when I declined, that was it. Their attitude during both pickup and drop-off was great. Only a 200-euro deposit was required, and just one card for the guarantee. The car itself was quite new with only 9,000 kilometers, easy to drive, and overall excellent.

Quick booking process.

The car was newer than the one on the website, although I didn't know the brand. It was quite new and good. Even though there was an issue in the middle, they replaced it at the store and even gave us a discount.

Overall, it's okay. We purchased basic insurance, but there was a minor scrape in the parking lot that exceeded the designated coverage. They charged 200 euros.

The service was excellent and very friendly.

Expect delays with Sunday morning pickups - apparently Alamo in Spain does a computer system reboot then so counter staff have to resort to semi-manual procedures.

Overall it was okay. The staff at the store communicated in English without any issue and were quite patient. However, we were a bit late, and there was a queue to pick up the car. Then they told me the reserved model was not available. Either I had to upgrade at an extra cost or wait. The upgraded model did not come with any discount, and the additional cost did not include tax. Ultimately, the final payment required an extra 21% tax, which made it much more expensive than expected.

The overall service is quite good. They introduce additional insurance but do not force you to buy it; it’s entirely up to your choice. The car provided was not the one reserved, but its condition was good and the trunk space was spacious enough.

The car was quite new, equipped with a rearview camera, radar, driving assistance, and cruise control. !Remember to bring your own phone mount! 1. They mentioned the trunk might not fit four pieces of luggage and suggested upgrading to a bigger car for an additional fee. I said, 'I TRY FIRST,' and they politely allowed me to test if the luggage would fit. It turned out it did fit. 2. They said I hadn't purchased insurance at the store. I explained that I bought it on the platform. They told me that if there was any damage, I would be liable for €1200, and asked me to confirm. I clarified that I had already purchased the upgraded full insurance from QEEQ and confirmed that I wouldn't need additional insurance. There was no hassle, just signed the agreement.

Overall satisfied, but faced a downgrade where I booked a Mercedes and ended up with a Volkswagen. Feels like a common practice in Spain.

The original booking was canceled entirely and all fees were charged because I arrived at the Alamo downtown location over an hour late. QEEQ did not inform me in advance that arriving more than an hour late would result in being unable to pick up the car and having the full amount charged. Such unreasonable and shameless terms were only subtly mentioned in the contract. Additionally, the Alamo staff were very arrogant and showed schadenfreude, seemingly profiting well from such practices. Ultimately, there was no way to claim compensation, and I had to place a new order on-site. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Alamo!
