The car rental staff were very friendly and helpful. When picking up the car, I didn’t like the reserved yellow-colored vehicle, so they immediately switched it to a Renault Captur. At drop-off, I informed the staff that the car wasn’t cleaned at pickup and that the drop-off location had been changed without prior notice. The staff quickly deducted 50 euros from the rental cost, which was very considerate. Additionally, regarding the absence of an environmental sticker on the car, we had to delay our journey to contact the rental company and QEEQ. The rental company provided no response, and QEEQ claimed they were reaching out to the rental company. The long communication process did not yield a definitive answer. The staff at the drop-off location clearly stated that rental cars in France no longer require an environmental sticker. Surprisingly, QEEQ also lacked this information.

Initially, we went to Terminal 1 to find the car rental company, but we were informed by the staff that all car rental companies at Terminal 1 were closed. However, the pickup address on the slip was not updated to Terminal 2, which wasted nearly an hour. Fortunately, the subsequent pickup process was smooth. We booked a Citroen C3, but the store upgraded us for free to a Peugeot 2008 SUV with less than 30k mileage.
