The overall staff efficiency at OK Mobility is extremely high, and their attitude is exceptionally good! The manager at the rental office in Munich Airport is attentive, outstanding, and professional, handling matters very quickly and patiently. We experienced a flat tire at night, and they immediately called a tow truck to take away the damaged car. The next day, we went to the store to pick up a new car. (Note: You need to purchase full insurance at the store to enjoy this level of efficiency.)

The service was great; they kept reminding me how to pick up the car and where to return it.

The car was in poor condition, even the gas tank cover was missing.

This is my first time using OK Rentals, and overall it was a good experience.

They close at 10 PM, but other companies have staff available 24 hours.
