If the rental company does not actually have a Compass available, they should use images and information for the Renegade to avoid misunderstandings. Everyone has different perspectives on vehicle class, and misleading information can lead to unnecessary confusion. This rental experience was unsatisfactory in terms of the provided vehicle. However, the safety performance of the Renegade was adequate, reliable on icy roads.
