Fairly satisfied, no forced insurance upselling.

The car was not full of gas as promised, half full. Spoke with their customer service and supplied picture of half filled gas tank. Noted and taken care of at Pittsburgh Airport on return. This is why it took about 15 minuets to return. Leaving Grand Rapids was about 15 minutes as well, completing reservation was about 10 min because of my questions. Everyone was very nice and courteous from Budget! TY!

i was charged extra $100 for sideroad assistance and insurance which i HAVE NOT requested. At the pick up counter they have not asked me about it and signed me on paperwork that aparently says in small letters i agree to those extra services. it is the first time i am not being notified verbally about this option, i always decline. I feel i have been hijacked into that. It is wrong and un proffessional on the rental company side.
