Poor customer service our car wasn’t available he didn’t help at all and we were international tourists. Offered no options just shrugged his shoulders. When we dropped off the vehicle we got charged 100 USD our car was not available no discount was given on the larger mini van option.

“Easy to book and 95% helpful”

The car was great, although a bit bigger than I expected. Also when I needed to amend the drop off I wasn't able to get any help either online, via the app, or by calling, and the rental desk at the airport was going direct to voicemail.

Initial booking was easy and when I needed to make a change to the pick up time, customer service was very helpful. However, I also needed to amend my drop off time, and QEEQ were not able to help with that.

“The good and the bad!!”
About Hertz: 8.0 /10
Hertz staff were great at the counter. Although a nearly new vehicle, it had very noticeable damage and dents to it which the garage staff said had not been previously recorded. They did offer to change the vehicle.

QEEQ were great for ease of use and price.
