I made a reservation for a Ford Explorer because of its cargo space but I got a Nissan Pathfinder. It was very disappointing because we had so many bags and had to put bags in the second row with the passenger.

Car was practically new and drove like dream. Very spacious and kids loved it too. So was very happy. However price was a bit higher than I anticipated. Booking price got increased by $100 at least.

Booked car seats for kids and a baby but when I got to pick the car up there was only one car seat coming up this additional cost at collection.
