The car was not in great condition, there were a number of bumps, dints and scratches on the outside

On returning the car I stopped in Farrington to top up fuel when car wouldn’t start. Due to the car running out of Adblu I wasn’t able to start car. I called office which then was asjed to buy and topup Adblu. On doing this the car still didn’t start so RAC had to be called. This cause a lot of stress as I had a 6 mth, 4 year & 6 year old and a flight that day. This is something that should of been checked before hiring a vehicle.

If you expect Easirent to be like a larger, more expensive car hire company, you won't understand how it works. If you accept that they have their rules, and you have to follow them, then it's a great service and great value. Just do your research, know what to expect, and if you don't like what's on offer, then that's good because it leaves more cars for those of us who do! Enjoy the drive!

I would like to find out the complaints procedure. While the car we got was fine, we were lied to in terms of what cars were available, this kept changing, we were made to buy extra insurance on the basis of a different car being the only available one (turned out not to be true when we actually picked up the car). We booked an automatic specifically, and were told would would need to wait 6.5 hours if we wanted that. This review form didn't work the first three times I tried to submit it. Had to come back to the page multiple times.
