The staff didn't explain anything about how to handle tolls, even though the drop off was in a different state. On the New Jersey Turnipike, I paid cash as I went along. Then a few weeks after I got home, a toll charge of $38.14 appeared on my credit card! I have no idea what this was for and would like and explanation and a refund!

Very satisfied! The pick-up and drop-off process is simple, the vehicle and service are both good. The deposit was refunded within half an hour after returning the car.

car boot space was large and vehicle was spacious, although vehicle exterior appears abit old. pick up location could be abit clearer (e.g. hertz rental booth inside the hotel)
