I already purchased full insurance, but the staff tried to deceive me saying I hadn't bought third-party insurance and insisted I buy it on the spot. I stood my ground and checked the order, confirming I had indeed purchased it. Only then did they stop trying to scam me. I had booked a Jeep and arrived on time, but they told me there were no available cars and that I had no options but to take a Nissan. Only! One! Nissan! I asked if this was really acceptable.

I suggest everyone avoid picking up the car from downtown locations as much as possible. I feel it's almost impossible to get the reserved model. The model offered by the store was very different from the reserved one, which was hard to handle. We finally had to choose a downgraded model (the fee wasn't refundable, and it wasted a lot of time). It's better to pick up the car at the airport because you get more options to switch if you're not satisfied. The service from the car rental platform was decent, but the Asian female staff at the Union Square location in San Francisco was very rude. Thumbs down.

Great car hire however very disappointed that when I booked I saw somewhere it said free additional Driver but when we picked up car this wasn’t the deal and I couldn’t find details anywhere after booking that the free drivel deal was applicable so that was very dissapointing as I booked through this company to get this deal

I had problems with the rented GPS, I had to use my Celular system because the rented GPS always out of charge or little crazy showing erroneous addresses.

Like: Pick up was so easy! We were able get the same car we own so didn’t have to get used to it. Drop off was a breeze too.
Dislike: Nothing!
