Easy navigation to find a suitable vehicle followed by good communication

What I preserved was not even close to what I get. Not a friendly counter staff with attitude so you buy extra insurance. Doubled the budget as shown in the apps.

May need to monitor closer the Car agents operation.

They booked money on my credit card as deposit for case of accident. It was returned at the end but this crate problem because my resources on credit card are in that way limited

All Europcar staff are very helpful. the “flat tire” light went on on my dashboard. I called the customer service and they immediately directed me to a nearby garage and fix it. I have problem in finding the location to return my car. Called customer service again and they provided excellent guidance and solve my problem. Really like Europcar service. I like my VW Sharan. Very spacious which fit my requirement well. However, I think the car needs some maintenances as the engine has to be manually restarted a couple of times.

Europcar were terrible. They tried to upsell us on the car we'd booked and then tried to do a dodgy on the figures - after 24 hours flying we didn't need this hassle. We were in the office for nearly an hour! Then on return we were told there'd be extra cleaning charges because of a bit of sand in the car! I would never use Europcar again!

All fine.
