The 1.5 engine felt a bit underpowered, but it was manageable with the manual transmission and generally sufficient for the speed limits in the UK. Overtaking was a bit challenging, but both cars are probably of similar quality. No extra charges for returning the car so far. To ensure peace of mind, take photos and videos of the car inside and out before picking up and returning it, keep the gas receipts, and you should be fine.

I was given the option for an upgrade with my Europcar Privilege card. Pick-up location at London Heathrow is via free shuttle service.
