I loved the Audi A3 hatch I got from Budget. Inside was super clean but outside was not washed. But in one way I did not had to worry about washing when returning the car. It was super easy to pick the car and also to drop it. One of the smoothest transactions ever.

“Once again a disappointing car rental experience”

We booked an automatic specifically but when we arrived late on Sunday night with 2 children we were told there were none available. Then they tried to get us to take a car with a totally damaged wing mirror and a light out,

I booked an A class Benz but at the time of arrival, it was not available. they offered an equivalent choice or an upgrade for a minimal fee for a B class Benz I took the B Class Benz which was a good choice.

The van was in poor condition. Numerous deep scratches all over the car. All the damage was documented prior to leaving the lot. Upon returning the van the attendant tried blame us for a very minor scratch on the plastic rim covers. Despite the heavy damage elsewhere prior to receiving the van, they focused on some tiny scratch. Suspect a scam to pay for damage we did not do. Do not rent from this place!!!
