No, I didn’t get the car I chose. I had ordered Skoda Octavia but it seems the supplier doesn’t have any. Vehicle I received was smaller and was available for a lesser price when I made the bookings. I paid higher for the car I chose.

“You did not stipulate the additional insurance charges when I booked. These came as quite a shock.”

Staff tried their best to sell me expensive insurance with scare tactics say I could be liable for £18,000 if the vehicle was damaged. I will not use this company again.

The car was scratched on every panel when we picked it up. With no one there to reassure us. The girl on the desk tried to mis sell insurance when I had already told her a number of times that I had bought the extra insurance with you.
