Worth every penny

Pretty good.

Received a brand-new Golf, no unnecessary talk, no push to buy insurance. Very satisfied, very satisfied.

Car was not fully fuelled up and additional damage found at pick up.

Whilst I was very happy with the car and the man who served me at pick up was friendly, I was ignored initially whilst two people in the office discussed something, even though they could see me waiting. I was also not given any instructions on how to operate the vehicle and I don't normally drive a manual.

At first, we were very delighted to have a wonderful service and the counter staff Neda was very helpful in stating out the terms and conditions and she stated that we would be able to change the credit card for payment and have a different credit card to be charged when returning the car. As we were returning the car, we were surprising when the rude Indian clerk told us that it was impossible. Then proceeded to shoo us off and told us that we could only call the hotline (which was already close by the way) to remedy the situation. We felt cheated by Neda for giving us hope that we could change our credit card payment and use a different card and we felt shamed by the rude attitude that the Indian Clerk was given us. We won't be renting from europcar ever again.
