In booking doesn’t clear about deposit when we get a car they ask me for $1500 deposit

Waited for 1hour to be picked up from the hotel where the out of hours service should have been but wasn’t. Car was old, 87000k’s on it and badly damaged all round the vehicle.

Amazing value, easy booking process and really helpful staff made the whole process straight forward. Would recommend.

EZU charged me $ 1500 for scratches in the car that were already there. I noticed that they did this to many customers upon reading reviews. EZU is practicing fraud and should be put out of business.

Pick up and drop off was extremely prompt and efficient. Photos were taken of the car and a quick check done on drop off. Previously with a different rental company at drop off they went over it in minute detail that gave the impression that any little tiny stone chip would result in a charge but ezu indicated that little stone chip on the front would be considered normal wear and tear so that was comforting to us after our prior experience. we would definately use them again.

staff were very friendly, service was very good car was in really good condition. And the price was great for what I got.
