About Budget: 5.7 /10
The car had damage in the tyres the rubber was damaged, fortunately i took a photo, because when i came back they try to charge me. Also I whent thro a road that i had to pay when it os pic hour, and i paid the same day. Anyway AVIS thought that i did not paid so the charged me. Again i have proof that i paid so i claimed the money back. Just 5 pounds but... why do i have to pay twice. In total 2 Big mistakes in my opinion.

“Poor quality of rental vehicle using third party to book.”

Completed faster check in but only one queue so didn't save any time. The hire car was damaged and not very clean but were told to hand it back fully valeted. Felt as it was booked through third party, they were not as interested as with any previous bookings.

Very easy to use to book hire car. Poor quality of rental vehicle.

“Overall better than expected except for the car being dirty at pickup.”

The car was great, better than expected. It had lane correction, shift suggestions, adjustable steering column, close vehicle warning, object warning both in front and rear. The car was covered in dirty water that had dried on the car and the inside of the windshield was dirty which was hard to see through when going between full sun and shade. Really liked the Peugeot.

Matthew at the counter was very helpful. We made three separate bookings (which was cheaper than making one continuous booking), and instead of bringing the vehicle back after the first booking, he allowed us to keep the car and do the checkout over the phone. Outstanding customer service.

“Budget was 'OK' Location ok as long as it's not raining as it's a 5 min walk, car smelled of smoke.”

Budget was fine, the only issue I had with Budget was the car completely smelled of smoke for the entire time I had it, if it wasn't for the fact it was all they had in my category I would have changed it.

Qeeq made an error and actually booked me in a lower category than what I paid for, this was however corrected at the Budget Car Rental Office with speaking to Qeeq over the phone, Qeek agreed to pay the extra charge to correct the category and I eventually claimed the money back with minimal effort from them a couple of weeks later. Very good 'instant' customer service from Qeeq on the phone.
