The staff at the Granada branch spoke basic English. Upon arrival, we were informed that our originally booked VW GOLF was replaced with a similar class SEAT LEON, a diesel car with only 10,000 km, which was relatively new and performed well with good fuel efficiency. However, we were told that we had to purchase a basic insurance. After driving for tens of kilometers, the oil warning light came on. We called the 24-hour hotline to report the issue. Initially, after requesting English service, an English-speaking representative called back later, advising us to drive to Seville to get the car checked. In Seville, the branch resolved the issue in about half an hour. We finally returned the car at the Madrid train station. The entire process was quite smooth. If not for the extra insurance requirement, we would have given a full score.

Complete reservacion para recoger auto en aeropuerto de Valencia. Recibi llamada de QEEQ indicando que tenia que recoger auto en otra oficina de Enterprise fuera elo aeropuerto. Inconveniente pero fui a local indicado. Cuando llege me indicaron que auto estaba listo en aeropuerto. Tuve que tomar taxi adicional al aeropuerto sin necesidad.
