The location has easy access to YVR behind Costco a very busy area all day, the checking in was busy, but the property is too small for all the cars being rented, so it was difficult to exit the parking area and it took 20 minutes to move the cars around before you could leave. The wartime to get the car, and especially to drop off the car and have the shuttle take me to the airport was very long. Almost missed my flight. There was a huge lineup of people waiting to get cars.

Customer service was terrible. The shuttles to get from the airport to the rental place were very full, so we had to wait a lot to just get to the rental location. Then, we had to wait even more there to get out our car. In addition, they made a mistake when preparing our car, so we were charged twice, although the fixed it in the end, it was an inconvenience.

The process to rent a car was seamless, however since Routes was not that good, I wish there was a better way to see what people have to say about rental companies before renting a car.

Like: I was surprised what that I paid so little for a good car. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive.
