Very satisfied. I rented a Golf but actually got a large SUV. The car was very new and the staff were very friendly. They even voluntarily drove us to the train station when we returned the car.

Convenient

The price of hire was expensive compared to renting in other places. Maybe the Sicilians are too greedy. Pick-up was a farce: it took two and a half hours! Never before have I had such a disagreeable experience. Too many people, too few staff, and on that basis alone I would be reluctant to use Sicily By Car again. This must be better in the future.

Debit card is not enough and credit card is required for booking.

Well organized at the Reception, Veronica if I'm not mistaken, they were expecting me, got Fiat 500L instead of Ford Fiesta in few minutes I was done by the reception but had to walk 300 meters to the parking in order to pick up the car.

It's my 4th time in a row I am renting via EasyRentCar & I did recommend it to many of my friends.
