Charged £30 without any notice, and even the AVIS official website couldn't retrieve the relevant information using the order number.

I went to a small place, and the car was right in the parking lot. Avis was excellent, the service was good too. I returned the car at 8 PM yesterday, and by 8 AM this morning, the £200 pre-authorization was canceled. Compared to back home, the car condition was excellent, and the service was great. Moreover, there were no random charges or unnecessary insurance add-ons. This might be because the local branch can't see the insurance I bought on QEEQ. I think QEEQ didn’t coordinate this well.

When I went to pick up the car, they said the reserved model wasn't available and asked me to upgrade. I insisted that I had a reservation and asked them to check the parking lot. Eventually, they gave me the reserved model. I had already purchased full insurance, but they still added windshield insurance and other coverages, costing me 30% more. I used self-service return, and the next day I went back to get a receipt. They told me the computer was broken and couldn't process it. I left my email address and asked them to send me the receipt, but a week has passed and I still haven't received it.
