Nice experience, good value for my money

They aggressively pushed insurance and had a bad attitude. They even threatened that the police would arrest and jail me if I didn’t buy it. It was quite unpleasant.

American-style service. They push insurance sales. The pickup location seems incorrect.

The Budget car rental staff bombarded me with talk for 15 minutes and I was made to purchase an additional $38 insurance. I had already mentioned that I bought extra protection from Zuzuche. Really disappointed with Budget.

Mediocre service with no extra perks. Changed drop-off from LAX to downtown Los Angeles, which incurred extra charges. The customer service said they could drop me off at home (less than 4 miles away) after returning the car, but the store said they don’t offer that service. I had to find my own way home.

The vehicle was in really bad condition Every time I braked the whole car would shake. Every time I drove fast the car would star making noises, the pick up speed is really bad. The service of the staff of budget was pretty grumpy and when I went into the office there after dropping of the vehicle the lines were so long I would have missed my flight if I would have waited in line. I don’t believe I should be paying for this rental and I expect a refund.
