Easy pick up and drop, car in excellent condition, no problem whatsoever

The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, very new, easy to operate, and cost-effective.

A decent car rental company with affordable prices. You only need a translated document to pick up the car. The model was in great shape with only a few thousand kilometers on it. I can't remember the exact mileage since it's been a few months, but the car was indeed very new!

We were given an upgrade and the staff could not have been better. There was quite long queue but the staff soon dealt with it. We were asked if we minded waiting a few minutes extra while they finished valeting the upgrade and we were kept updated thro out. Excellent service overall. Will use Europcar again without hesitation .

Excellent service

The car exceeded my expectations. It was a nice car to drive around and there were no damages. It was like a brand new car. It allows us to connect our phone and display our GPS on the screen directly instead of looking through our phones which is a plus point. However, the lady staff at Europcar wasn’t that friendly when assisting us, for that there is some room of improvements.

The booking process was easy and understandable. Instructions were clearly stated.
