The pick-up and drop-off locations are near the airport, which is very convenient. However, the final amount was recalculated at the time of return, requiring us to take the original receipt to the counter for verification. Besides the additional fuel charge due to the tank not being full (almost $7 per gallon, nearly double the gas station price), other taxes and fees also increased slightly. So, make sure to keep the payment receipt from the time of pick-up!

It's okay, there were a lot of people in line, but the process was quite fast.

They are one of the best I have dealt with among car rental companies. I try to book with them as much as I can.

Wait long time for the car (minivan) ordered. Were offered to choose any smaller SUVs available, but it just could not accomodate the luggages we brought. Good that at last a 7 seater SUV was available and we took it.
