Overall process was very smooth and quick, with no hidden fees or surprises. You simply pick up the car and return it without any hassle.

Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.

We had to extend our stay in LA, so we used cars from two different companies. Comparing the two, Alamo's car felt almost brand new with high efficiency in service. If I could choose the company when booking, I would definitely pick Alamo!
