Like: I feel like I got the best price available and the car was great.
Dislike: I wanted to extend the rental and had a very, very hard time getting an agent to answer the phone. After five calls at three different numbers I finally got directed to the weekend agent who helped me-finally!

Their service is absolutely the worse. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. You could only fit 2 small pieces of luggage. I paid an extra $300.00 to upgrade!!!!!!! The people at the desk are rude!!!!! This is especially true of the manager there!!!! We had a horrible experience!!!!!!!!

Like: Had a small run in with a big rock (small boulder) which did some damage, but covered under our agreement. Did not have to use my own insurance. THANK YOU!
Dislike: Little longer than I liked checking car in but all due to my run in with a rock.
